As such we are not aware, but the computer of the department has clearly noted the PANs linked with any mobile or e-mail ID. Suggested to create some new email ID and mobile numbers in spare, so if any one profile is not accepted get it relieved by new number/email and thus the congestion will be reduced over the number or mail ID......... so, as and when it starts accepting....... it will be three only !!!
