Dhirajlal ji, just saying, if a person, having his own reasons, does not want to claim relief u/s 89(1) by filling up Form 10(E), can he offer the whole amount as salary under "Salary" head for the FY the arrears got credited i.e., show arrears as salary?

IT site still not accepting returns without linking Aadhar with PAN... Please reply how to file return without linking Pan and aadhar.

@ Kushal Ji.......... Yes, why not.......... The exercise is only if the assessee requires relief. Many times even after all the marathon....... nothing  comes out (main reason if slab % remains same during all these years)........ so they do not file form 10E.... and offer to tax arrears in previous year itself.
