Yes... We can revise ITR if after processed or Order passed.

Revised Return of Income Tax can be filed by an assessee any time before the expiry of the Relevant Assessment Year or before the completion of assessment (whichever is earlier).

You can still revise your income tax return even if you have received Income Tax Refund
