Income tax return --- late filling

YOU MAY STILL SEND ITR V..NO LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED...IT CAN BE SENT WITHIN 120 DAYS OF FILING OF ITR..

You may file of your ITR of one F.Y,. within one year from the date of completion of A.Y. of the said return. i.e. for F.Y. 2012-2013 upto 31.03.2015, but belated retun penality will be charge u/s 271F if you file return after 31.03.2014.

It needs to be sended to cpc ...WITHIN 120 DAYS OF FILING OF ITR..There is not charges as such as per mine knowledge , bt might your return will be processed late.
