Income tax return has been selected under risk management process

Hi Guys, I have gone through chats, today I also got same email/SMS, this is the first time I have received such email, Can you guys confirm me, does anyone who has falsely claimed extra refund got this email and he opted for option 1 without filing revised ITR, did he get a refund or any other initiation, As my expected claim amount is greater than the original one, so what some opinion before submitting my answer

I have also done some extra claims for extra refund, and i don't want to revise my ITR. Should i select option 1 or ignore the submission? What would be its consequences? One of my friend also done the same & he has received the refund in February 2020. Please help, i am ready to pay consultancy if any.

@ sheena thanks for the response, I will revise my ITR, just one more thing to clear what should be done, the first submission then file revise ITR or after filing ITR I do the submission with option 2

My friend has greater refund amount than me got the 143(1) refund processed mail, the only difference is I raised Grievance . I guess your profile to Risk Management when we raise grievance. Not pretty sure though. 

Last year also same thing happened as I raised grievance , anyone here who haven't raise grievance but got mail for Risk Management team ?
