Quick Summary
If you're a salaried employee with income below £5 lakh and involved in share trading, understanding the correct Income Tax Return (ITR) form is crucial. While ITR-3 is generally applicable, if your trading primarily involves equity investments, ITR-2 might be suitable. For other trading activities, ITR-3 or ITR-4 could be the correct choice.

ITR3 will be applicable.
If it is equity investment ,you may use ITR-2.Else you may use ITR-3/ITR-4
