I had e-filed my return of income for the AY 2014-15 (FY 2013-14) on 01st December, 2014. Henceforth it was a belated return as per Income Tax Act, 1961. But I did not send the IT returns to CPC Bangalore i.e signed copies as there were some problems in it. As I cannot revise my returns as it was a belated one, I did not send it to CPC Bangalore.
My question is - what is the remedy for me if I want to file a fresh ITR ?
If you dont send the ITR-v signed copy to CPC banglaore. it is as good as not filed.
They will not look at the return. Make an application to Ao/CIt to file return under circular 9/2015
Once you get permission to file return . Do it in physical form. All your data is filled in computer.

If you want to send the ITRV you can still send it as per notification https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/eFiling/Portal/StaticPDF/itr_v_extension_notification.pdf
If ur corrections are limited to Rectification then you should send ITR-V to bangalore by speed post.
I dont know whether rectification request can be put before assesment
