A person has a business income and invested only mutual fund. So what form he has to be filed, if he file ITR4 and shows mutual fund as a source of other income there will be any problem?

Yes Sir, turnover is around 50 lakhs
Dividend income from equity oriented MF is exempt u/s 10 (35). Why under other sources
Actually I just wanted to know whether ITR4 is correct or not in this situation, that's why I mentioned.
