YES

NO

Can the taxpayer file in the bank? ....... Query not clear...

Can the Assessee submit the Trading P&L and Balance Sheet in the Bank for his loan or any other reason prepared by the Accountant?

HE CAN SUBMIT, BUT BANK OFFICIALS DO ASK FOR CERTIFIED COPY FROM CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS. SO IN THAT CASE YOU NEED TO GET IT CERTIFIED FROM CA AND THEN YOU CAN SUBMIT

Why is it not a lawyer's degree?

Coz only Chartered Accountnts are authorised to sign the balance sheet.  except them no one has the power to sign it.

but the tornover of the Assessee is below 1Cr.
means,
This is non-audit case...

any person can file ITR,. But only CA can do following,.. Tax Audit., Signing Of Balance Sheet nd other Documents to be produced to any department of bank or anywhere.
