Income tax return filing

Hi all,

Warm morning to all.

I need to file a ROI for a cricket player for the AY 2017-18

He has income around 350000 received as match fee

and expenses around 4 00,000

till now he not filed any ITRs for the Previous years as he has no requirement.

Now my queries as follows

1. can we show Loss in this case without maintaing Books of accounts

2. There is TDS for Previous years AY 2016- 17 and AY 2015-16, can we claim in this year considered as broughtforward TDS there is option under TDS field in ITR 3  (Details are as per 26 AS and no returns filed for the respective years)

Please suggest me as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance

here is my take:
1. you have to maintain books if this is his profession and he was not Salaried, and you are showing profits less than. 8%
2. I would believe so, but I have seen a lot of experts getting uncomfortable with this.
