The items mentioned by you do not provide any rebate in New Regime. So, do your calculations for both Old & New regime and do your filing for the one best suited for you.
But, remember, for using any rebate now, you will need to provide hundreds of details for I-T Dept to check well. So keep all information handy before starting the itr filling up.
