if return donot submit in time than return is invalid and if reposense is given than also return is not proceed than whats is next procedures

First see whether CPC has transferred right to your local AO or not. If yes then the Approach to your local AO and file revise return with him.

Evc and Aadhar is not possible as mobile no not update .and return is invalid

If mob no is not linked with aadhar go to my profile >prevaildate bnk account of the client > the generate evc through ur bnk and verify it .Pl make sure that the mob u give in the prevaildation of ur bank account it should be linked with bank account
