a person is a job worker, he wants to file ITR4, so what will be his nature of Business and if he file his return in 44AD, is it complusory to put all details like Capital, Bank A/c because last year in A.y. 2017-18 there was no option in ITR4

Yes it is compulsory to put the details of capital, bank and cash and also creditors or debtors, if any in ITR 4.
Job work like stiching, embrodery design, put the stone on sarees
for example , He has cash, bank and debtors of Rs. 50,000.00 total and nothing others asstes, so what will be his capital amount, it means there will be similar asset and liablity site in ITR4? If I dont put capital amount the ITR will be rejected?
In ITR 4 Cash, Bank, Debtors and Creditors details required as per New Amendment. If You have details E11 to E24 then you can fill the details. If You don't have details then You can leave except Cash, Stock, Debtors and Creditors details and It's value... In case you don't have this 4 details then feed 0*. don't be blank....
