An assessee went to USA for the purpose of company's project since Sep 2013. His employer is in india only. The tenure of the project is 2 years. Whether he needs to file ITR AY 2014-15? And also suggest your opinion for filing ITR for 2 subsequent years. Please reply. Its urgent.

Sorry my question is for previous year 2014-15
It depends on where your employer is paying you the salary. If it is received in India you need to file ITR and pay tax.
