In my income tax return I have wrongly written income Tax Jurisdiction . How it will be rectified . Can I submit a revised return to rectify the above mistake. Please tell me what is the rectification procedure ?

Firstly, even if you have written incorrect ITO jurisdiction, officer has the powers to transfer the documents to correct jurisdictional officer.
I would suggest you to meet the officer and get the documents transfered, if the officer does not co-operate then file a revised return with you correct officer. Revising return is similar to filing original return. just change the ward and change the return u/s 139(5). Submit it to right AO.
The difficulty would be that the correct officer will not have original return before him.
So try the first option.
agree with Mr. Jinesh. But I would advise you to simply revise your return as you are having ITR-V of your original return or you can get it printed.
It is just a clerical mistake so you can revise your return, not an issue.
