Income tax refund letter

I want a letter format for Refund of TDS. But i have received half amount and half

amount is still pending...

Please Give me sample of letter....

On verifying the status of tax refund with tin-nsdl.com it is found that refund voucher was cancelled due to the reason “No Such Address”. The address mentioned above is correct and hence I herewith request to kindly redespatch the refund voucher at the earliest and kindly oblige.

I have done my itr file for last five years from 2010 to 2015 sir i need income tax letter

I want a letter format for Refund of Income Tax.  i allready paid demand for A.Y 2004-2005 but CPC adjusted demand in my refund of A.Y.2011-12

CPC must have sent a notice u/s 145 before adjusting the refund. You must respond to that in 15 days of receipt. Now that the demand already paid is adjusted, You need to approach the officer with a rectification letter or you may online file a rectification as well.

Manual letter has no standard format. You can write a regular letter addressing to the jurisdictional AO specifying detauls od the demand, refund,etc. and attach the proof of payment of demand as well.

You must have received an intimation u/s 143(1) as well. Please check the TDS credit given to you by the department in that. If your eligible refund amount is greater, file for rectification online.

Dear Sir,

 

 We have  filed income tax  of one client & her income tax refund not received there bank a/c but  if we check the refund status its showing refunded on 08.04.2019 but when we contacted to bank they informed us your refund amount credited to others  bank account with your pan card no. this kind issue what to do  shall we write letter to income tax department  regarding this if so shall i get letter format.

kindly give suggestion in this regard what  to do and what are the producers  for solve this.
