I have filed one of my Client's ITR for AY 23-24 and he received the refund.
He had not filed return for AY 22-23.
So is there any option for filing of return for that previous year and claim the refund?

Post details it will be done. Pls post accurate synopsis.
First file ITR U of AY 2022-23 and carry forward the Refund to next year. then revise ITR of AY 2023-24 and brought forward the refund of AY 2022-23.
File itr u is not always filed. he has received the refund.unless he files the return
