if u hv filed ur return online and enable ecs facility then ur refund will be credited directly in ur bank a/c otherwise u will receive cheque from income tax department.manier times refund is hold due to mistake like wrong a/c no & wrong address mentioned in itr. In case of manual filing ur refund processing will get time.
