Hello sir.
I have taken home loan on April 2017 . The property amount is 1848000/-. Now i am paying interest and principal around Rs. 148000/- annually. I want to know that am I alligible for income tax rebate of Rs.50000/- under section 80EE .

Sec 80EE is over and above RS 2lac limit under Income from house property:- Following are the conditions:-
1 The home buyer should'nt posses any other existing residential property in his name.
2 The home loan should be scantioned during F.Y 16-17& 17-18
3 Loan amount <=35 lacs
4 House value should be <=50 lacs
If all the above conditions satisfied you can claim maximum of RS 50,000 per year until the loan is repaid
