Can i take salary for whole year once from an employer not deducting TDS on such income. if yes, what are the tax implications ?
And can i take above with business\profession income too ?

Yes salary can be taken from employer with tds deduction
Tds implication is applicable only on employer after 250000 salary
Yes ITR can be filled with 2 income salary and business
