Mr.Rahul, firstly remove the negative thoughts of saying you are tremendously scared of tax paper. Yes, it is true many of us have weakness in one subject or the other, but that should not deter you or make you unimaginably nervous. This is professional examination; you need to understand the importance of income tax paper and slowly build in a strong liking for the subject and later the subject will start liking you.

If you are going to focus just on VAT and Service tax, and say that this will be sufficient to clear your income tax paper, it would be simply lying yourself. Do not look at the income tax paper as one whole block, try to view it as a paper consisting of many blocks and this may build interest gradually and empower you to think positive and confident and aid you to perform well in the ensuing examination.
