We are managing a small temple registered as sabha / society.

please update on following

1. Is Income Tax applicable on society on (excess of receipts over expenditure ) if yes at what rates

2. which is the last date for filing return.

3.Forms to be used for ITR

income tax is calculated on the basis of the indivual (men).

due date for the same will be30-09-12

and the itr from is itr-7
