Income tax on house rent

Company has taken 3 seperate rooms in single residential unit. But to avoid income tax, owner is raising 3 seperate Invoices in the name of 3 individuals with their own PAN details. Contract is deliberately split. Rs.10000 is paid every month towards rent of furnished room , maintenance charge,caretaker services, other misc charges. Should we deduct tax? Then under which rule & tax rate please? Others are not accepting this. I think, this being a tax evading scheme, company digs own grave. Please guide me.

If the owner is raising 3 receipts in 3 different PAN then the co. need not deduct the tax at source.The co. need not bother if they hav 3 different agreement.
