I received Notice u/s 148 of income tax for AY 2011-12 , notice was dated 30.3.2018 but i did not received by email or by post.
I found it when I login into my efiling website in July 2018.
but i want to know is it valid serving, just uploading in efiling website.

Check your registered mail ID on portal, if its not your mail ID then its department fault which is not possible and reply to Department specifying the non receipt of notice
