if before due date of filling return income tax & fbt is not paid & accounts also not audited is there any penalty or disallowance under sec 43.and income payment is made through e-banking on 31st sep but date of payment shown is 1st oct bank is closed on 31st sep as closed due to closing half yearly

I hope september has 30 days only.
You have mentioned 31st september , instead of 30 the september. However, if the Income tax & fbt are unpaid till the date of filing the IT return , the same will be allowed in the financial year in which it is paid .The IT paid on 30th september ....i think should be allowed if it has been paid before filing the return on 30th september .
