I want to file my contract income under section presumptive income.Which section is preferable u/s-44ad or 44ada. Please suggest me

you can file your income under section 44ad

actually that's income from profession not business

It is only a business income not a professional income. File u/s 44AD

44ADA does not allow all professions. So rest of professions are covered under 44AD
