I am revising the return for second time in response to notice under section 139(9).but i am submitting revised return json file it is showing that you cannot resubmit return.
please help.

You cannot reply twice for the same defective notice.
Nor you can revise it.
You can file revised return u/s. 139(5) directly as fresh filing.
If I file fresh return then what about the notice which I have to reply on or before 19 July which I received for defective return.
If you have not replied to the defective notice, you may reply to it first as per the suggestion or options available in it.
But in case you are not satisfied with the available options, you must reply to it with best option and then file revised return as per your choice.
Upload the notice . obviously one single action is required.
