NRIs employed in the USA and their earnings in India are only from Fixed deposits. Do they have to fill Sch FSI, Sch TR, and Sch FA of ITR2 while e-filing their Income Tax returns in India?

Generally, non-residents are not liable to report their foreign source income in ITR 2, as this schedule is only for residents. However, in some special cases, non-residents may have to schedule FSI if their income source is taxable in India. Similarly.  it is not mandatory for an NRI to fill Schedule TR, unless any claim relief for tax paid out of India.

Income tax declaration nri. Their earnings are from fixed deposits.
If it is taxable in India then it should be reported in ITR
Non residents does not report in fsi
