I am resign from my old company on Dec 2008. But as per View Tax Credit from these company I am received a Tax Credit against salary from Jan 09 to Mar 09. Then how to rectify this matter?

If you had already filed a return for AY 2009-10, file a revised return claiming the credit as TDS .
If you had not filed earlier, file it now.
