Wanted to know
under Sec 80 D limit is Rs. 15000 for individual and Rs. 20000 if paid for dependant parents who are for senior citizens.
Whether U/s 80D separate exemptions can be claimed for on my own(15000) & my parents(20000) Total Rs. 35000. as deduction from ITR

Yes you have to put total amount Rs.35000/- while filing ITR in section 80D.

paying medical insurance premium for his/her parent or parents.

yes u are eligible for 80D deduction of Rs.35000/-
mediclaim for individual,spouse of individual,parents(dependent or independent),dependent children
Under sec 80(D)---madiclaim insurance can be availed deduction of Rs. 35000-----in case of individual who is not a seniour citizen(15000)....and parents who are seniour citizen(20000)
