Income tax address change???

you can change the address with the income tax department by filling form 49A and filing it online.

But is there any option to change communication address since the current house is on Rent and it will also change once the original building is constructed?

For changing address by filling form 49A do I need to make any payment online (since I don't have internet banking or card)

Unfortunately there is no such option... if the time frame is less, you may also continue with the old address and not change it.

in the onlince application, you have to make the payment of Rs. 96 by depositing a cheque with HDFC Bank. so no need to make an onlince payment

I will continue with old address since the building will get constructed in 1 1/2 years. Also I file return online and refund if any is also deposited in my Bank a/c directly so I hardly receive any written communication from Income tax department.
