Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies which Income Tax Return (ITR) form a 71-year-old senior citizen should use for the AY 2020-2021. Despite having pension, interest, and dividend income, the presence of more than one house property means ITR 1 is not applicable. The correct form is ITR 2, requiring one house to be declared as self-occupied and the other as deemed let out if not rented.

YOu can go with ITR 1

ITR 1For Individuals having Income from Salaries/pension, one house property, other sources (Interest etc.) and having total income upto Rs.50 lakh.

you need to file ITR 2, you have to show one house as self occupied and other if not let out then deemed let out..
Yes. I agree with Mr. Abhay Gupta
Yes, u need to file ITR 2 as u have more than one house property, you have to show one house as self occupied and other if not let out then deemed let out..
