if the income of the person(male individual,not seniar citizen) is less than the income tax limits (i.e) <200000 then is he liable for tax? is he responsible for filing income tax return? please answer me

If the Gross Total Income of an assessee is less than threshold limit then the assessee is neither liable to tax nor for filing of return.

I AGREE WITH CA ABHILASHA MAM, BUT YOU CAN FILE NIL RETURN AS WELL....
