Dear Friends
one of my client has paid Rs. 25000 on account of electricity bill to DHBVNL. Should i disallow the same u/s 40 (A) (3).

if DHBVNL is govt entity then need not to disallowed Rule 6DD(b)

else u have to disallowed the same U/s 40 A (3) since the amount exceed 20000 at a time in cash
