Sir,

 

How to caclaculate Interest u/s 234B/C  for the company started in January 2012  or Feb 2012, I am not able to fine any case laws regarding this and in all softwares it is calaculating for the full year, please help me in this regard, and if available please send me case laws regards the above,

YOU CAN ALSO FILE THE RETURN WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE SOFTWARE BY DOWNLOADING THE RETURN FROM THE SITE OF INCOME TAX DEPTT. & JUST FILL IT.

IN THIS U CAN ENTER THE CACULATED FIGURE OF INTEREST.
