Income received in NRE a/c of non resident

any income other than salary and interest on NRE a/c is whether taxable to such non resident in India ?

All the income received or deemed to be received is taxable for NRI in India

Yes, if you are 'non resident' as per Income tax Act, than it's Exempt.
If you are 'resident' than all global income is taxable in India.

Interest income earned on nre account is exempt
