Hello Friends,
Under which head will the income received by a divorcee spouse be taxed.
I have a strong feeling that it would be taxed under Income from other sources, but dont have a concrete reason.
Can anyone suggest which head will be taxed? Also, let me know any case studies on the above query.

This can be taxed in head of "Income from other sources" and as Family Pension.
but not sure.. my view
