Hello Sirs, For FY 2013-14, I've income from indian stock market which is below 2 lacs and investment period is less than 1 year, in which some are traded on daily basis. Further, I had no other source of income during FY 2013-14 apart from stock market gains. Now please guide me, does this account for income from business or as income from other sources and which ITR form I have to fill for income tax return(As it is necessary to file return from this year onwards) Thanks in advance.

Intraday trading are covered in business income and the rest is capital gains.
It is not mandatory for you to file ITR as your gross total income is less than Rs. 2,00,000/- and if you fwant tyo file your return, ITR-4 will be applicable
