Hey,
I am providing a Tution Classess to student and reseived income form them, Tution classess is my main activity to earn my income. Income earn from tution Classess is taxable as per Section 44AB in Income from bussiness & profession.
Guide me whether providing tution classess is a profession activity or bussiness activity.
