Your Income will be income under the head other sources .

Dear Friend Ankita,

Very Very thanks to give me ur precious time of Articleship,I am also agree with ur answer but can u tell me in which section of income tax Act.  ,It may be specified.

Thanks With Regards

SANTOSH

If you intend to continue with tution income then show your income as Profit or Gain from business or Profession(PGBP)

As it will help you to claim expenses against your income in future where your income will go on increasing.

If its one time transaction then either treat it as PGBP or income from other sources.

tOTALLY Agreed

You cannot claim any expenses if the income is shown under other heads

moreover - you have earned this money by providing services so it should be under the head PGBP

Thanks for all to give me  reply about my  doubt with ur precious time,I understood this problem clearly.

Can Anybody tell " agar kisi ko apni income tuition fee me show krni hai to kaise krenge ,,,,, to uske liye other sources me show kre ya fir income under head pgbp me show kre ??????

My child School Monthly fee reciept mentioned tution fee and Annual fee. whether both are considered under 80C for tax rebate?

Tutuion fee : 3000

Annual fee : 3600 taken quaterly (Total 3600*4)

Only tution fee is considered under 80C
