Sir , please let me know that salaried employees should file ITR on due basis (acc. to 7th pay yet receive as arrears) or on receipt basis following passbook entries

No, ITR is not due basis. It's one time per Year.

Salary due basis or receipt basis . salary is received acc to 6th pay but due acc to 7th pay. Which one should be used for filling ITR online .
