Hello Sir/Madam,

I have a client who manages his business from India. Purchasing goods from china and selling directly in us market. no import or export in India. Only payment received or paid in India through Pay Pal. Now I want to know how his income is taxable in India.

Thanks

please refer CGST Amendment act 2018 ,Amendment in Schedule III , Supply of Goods from a place in the non taxable territory to another non taxable territory shall be treated nither supply of goods nor services

please confirm with others also .
Bcoz, He is in India.
in my opinion, it's taxable bcoz he is a resident and hence his global income is chargeable to tax

You are right sir, GST is not applicable on this transaction but what about income tax.

Yes.... Income Tax is chargeable for income received in India.

The difference  of sale and purchase is chargeable to tax in India based on the amount received in India.
