Can you elaborate the "Sub-Let property" details which way...??
it wil be assessed as IFOS. there are no specific provision related to sub let property as the sub letter is not the owner of property.

sub let property means proper which is rented by a person is further given on rent to some another person by original tenant ,so though ownership is not present,any profit made by such act shall be taxable under IFOS
sub letting income to tenant is other income
