I have two cows and milk produced by them is sell to a dairy, who use that milk for further resale.
my question is milk sale by me to dairy is cover under agrilculture income or not.
If it is not agrilculture income then what is tax treatment for that income ??
No. Its not agricultural income. You may declare it under income from other sources.
