can I deduct the maintenance charges paid to the association

No , as 30% deduction given by act covers all such charge like maintenance charges, pipe fittings charge etc.

No, Deduction of maintenance charges paid to the association is not allowed, You can't deduct that from house property Income.
In house property, deduction is allowed only for municipal tax/property tax and interest on loan taken apart from standard deduction of 30%

No, Only municipal tax paid are allowed as deduction, no other exp are allowed
as 30% standard deduction is allowed sec 24 cover these all.

Only the property tax component from the entire maintenance bill shall be eligible for deduction.
