yeaa Rama Krishnan I agree with u.....the tenant will take back money sum 15lakhs .....he will give and take back his amount....tax owner should bear.....uh...??? if I generate income from building I pay property tax .....right y u should I pay tax even for tenant amount.....plz any one clarify this
I'm not sure but in my opinion if the lessor deposited the lease amount as FD or any other deposits, the interest amount may be taken as gross annual value and the nav and income from house property may be determined as such... pls clarify
