A is Land lord , B is Foreign , tenant and you have not pan
how filed ITR

For fillng ITR......... PAN is must...........

If landlord has tax payable or TDS deduction or gross income above basic exempted limit, he must obtain PAN.

but B is not indian your pan card
Apply for your PAN Card & then File your IT Return....

But why B needs to file return?

'A' landlord can file return for his rental income, apply for his PAN card.

No need of having B's PAN Card in India....
Pan of b is required for land lord because a show b is tenant

Its Optional....... (tenant's PAN details)

Not compulsory...

If PAN not available, give name only...
