Income from Content Writing - Taxability ?

Hello,

I receive income/remuneration for writing content / stories for various websites & blogs. I have been deducted TDS at 10% under 194 JB.

Under what head of income, should I file my return? What is the business code for my services?

P.S. Can I file my return as presumptive basis under 44 ADA? (I don't possess any specialised qualification as in notified professions)

U can file your return under presumption taxation

Thanks for the reply. I've filed under 44 ADA. Now I read conflicting opinions that it is not applicable for content writing and articles in journals. Can you please clarify under which section I can file?

Can you specify the section under which it can be filed and the business code? Thanks
