sir mere client ka mobile recharge ka busines hai uska turnover b 50 lac se upar hai or uski commission 248000 banti hai or usko 108000rs salary income b hai.to Kya usko apni firm audit karwani hogi ya wo commission income show kar ke apni itr file kar sakta hai

audit case only if your client show profit less than 8% from business or his turnover is more than 2 crore
Yes rightly stated above and you can not go for section 44AD as commission business is excluded in it.
