Do we need to file INC 22 & DIR 12 separately if opting for INC 29?

No , INC 29 includes all the info that was previously filled using DIR 12 , DIR 3 , INC 7 , INC 22 etc
Thanks. If name approval has been obtained through INC-1, can one opt for INC-29 at the subsequent stage? Also, whether this form can be used for section 8 companies?
If you have filed INC - 1 , then you will have to take the older process, INC 29 wont be applicable for you .
Yes the form can be used for incorporation under section 8
